Section 319.780 - Consent to jurisdiction of district courts

Each agreement for a commitment of purchase must require the lending institution to consent to the jurisdiction of the district courts of this State in any proceeding to enforce compliance with the terms of chapter 319 of NRS, NAC 319.600 to 319.790, inclusive, the commitment agreement and the servicing agreement.
