Section 319.838 - Consent to jurisdiction of district courts

Each agreement to purchase or service a loan to conserve energy must require the originator or servicer to consent to the jurisdiction of the district courts of this State in any proceeding to enforce compliance with the provisions of chapter 319 of NRS, NAC 319.800 to 319.842, inclusive, the agreement to originate the loan and the servicing agreement.
