LOANS FOR CONSERVATION OF ENERGY
Section 319.804 - "Loan to conserve energy" defined

"Loan to conserve energy" means a loan made by the Division to finance the purchase and installation of equipment and materials to be used in residential dwelling units for the conservation of energy or for the use of energy from sources other than fossil fuels, and any related improvements.
