DEFERRED MORTGAGE LOANS FOR DOWN PAYMENTS AND CLOSING COSTS
Section 319.563 - "Deferred loan agreement" defined

"Deferred loan agreement" means an agreement that:
1. Evidences a deferred mortgage loan issued to an eligible applicant; and
2. Is secured by a second deed of trust.
