Universal Citation: NV Admin Code 293C.Sec. 21

For the purposes of determining whether a candidate received a majority of the votes cast in a primary city election for a nonpartisan office for which voters were authorized to select more than one candidate, each ballot upon which a voter marked a valid choice for one or more candidates for that office shall be deemed to be one vote cast in the primary city election for that office.
