Section 293C.120 - Sample ballots: General elections

Sample ballots for general city elections must be prepared in the same manner, quantity and form as sample ballots for primary city elections and must be distributed and posted in the same manner. The city clerk shall prepare a sufficient number of explanations of the questions on the ballot so that he or she can mail one with each sample ballot, post one in a conspicuous place in the city clerk's office and post at least two in each polling place.
