Section 293C.070 - Certified list of candidates to be provided to Secretary of State

Not later than 5 working days after the last day upon which any candidate who has filed a declaration or acceptance of candidacy may withdraw his or her candidacy pursuant to NRS 293C.195, each city clerk shall send to the Secretary of State a list certified by him or her that contains the name and mailing address of each person who is a candidate for a city office.
