Section 293.275 - Notification of certain persons of ability to cast provisional ballot

The county clerk, or a designee thereof, shall inform any person whose name does not appear on a voter registration list as an eligible voter for a polling place, or who an election official asserts is not eligible to vote at the polling place, of the ability of the person to cast a provisional ballot and the ability of the person to register to vote pursuant to NRS 293.5842.
