Section 293.305 - Delivery of absent ballot by mail

When a county clerk sends a voter a mail ballot pursuant to NRS 293.269911, the county clerk shall use an envelope that may not be forwarded to an address of the voter that is different from the address to which the mail ballot is mailed.
