Section 288.345 - Briefs: Order to file; procedure for filing

In any proceeding, the presiding officer may order briefs to be filed within a reasonable time. Each brief must be filed with the Board and, if the Board has not ordered the submission of simultaneous briefs, must be accompanied by a certificate showing service on each party of record as provided in NAC 288.200. If the Board has ordered the submission of simultaneous briefs, the Board shall serve each party after the Board receives each brief.
