Chapter 286 - Public Employees' Retirement
Section 286.410 - Request for estimate of service retirement allowance

1. A person may not obtain from the System an estimate of the present or future value of his or her retirement benefits, but a person may obtain an estimate of his or her service retirement allowance.

2. A member must provide the following information to the System when requesting an estimate of his or her service retirement allowance:

(a) The member's name, social security number, proof of birth date and proof of all changes of his or her name;

(b) The name of the member's public employer; and

(c) If the member wishes to select an optional plan, the beneficiary's name and social security number, proof of the beneficiary's birth date and proof of all of the beneficiary's changes of name.
