Section 286.280 - Completion of application for disability retirement allowance on behalf of incapable applicant

If an applicant for a disability retirement allowance is physically or mentally incapable of completing and submitting the required form, and the Executive Officer so approves, a liaison officer or the applicant's spouse may complete the form on the applicant's behalf.
