Section 286.020 - Interpretation of terms used in NRS 286.293

The Board interprets these terms, as used in NRS 286.293, as follows:
1. "Half-time" means half of the full-time work schedule established for a public employer for at least 120 consecutive workdays.
2. "Position" means employment with a public employer that is included in the official budget of the organization or has been approved by a person who is authorized to approve the employment.
