Section 281A.065 - "Presiding officer" defined

"Presiding officer" means:
1. The Chair;
2. The Vice Chair in matters where the Chair does not participate due to abstention, recusal, disqualification or absence; or
3. A member of the Commission appointed by the Chair to preside over a hearing, review panel or meeting of the Commission.
