Section 281A.060 - "Party" defined

"Party" means the subject of an ethics complaint, the Executive Director and any other person who the Commission reasonably determines will be treated as a party in a matter if the matter has been referred to the Commission by a review panel pursuant to NRS 281A.730 or the Commission vacates a deferral agreement pursuant to NRS 281A.740, as applicable.
