Section 281A.0485 - "Letter of caution" defined

"Letter of caution" means a confidential letter issued by the Commission or a review panel to a public officer or employee pursuant to NRS 281A.780 to warn the public officer or employee that his or her conduct as alleged in an ethics complaint is sufficient to implicate a violation of chapter 281A of NRS.
