Section 281A.260 - Consolidation of matters

The Commission or the Chair may consolidate, in whole or in part, two or more requests for an advisory opinion or two or more ethics complaints if the Commission or the Chair determines that the requests for an advisory opinion or the ethics complaints, as applicable, share common facts and issues.
