Section 281A.255 - Written communications and documents: Form and contents; date and manner of filing

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 281A.500, the Commission will consider a written communication or document which is required to be filed with the Commission to have been filed with the Commission on the date on which the communication or document is received by the Commission.
