Section 240.200 - Fee for processing application nonrefundable

The fee required to be paid to the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 240.030 and NRS 240.192 at the time the application for appointment as a notary public or registration as an electronic notary public is submitted is imposed for the purpose of processing the application or registration and is not refundable.
