Section 240.674 - Electronic notarial act using audio-video communication: Performance of act for person physically located outside United States

For the purposes of NRS 240.1993, an electronic notarial act using audio-video communication is performed for a person who is physically located outside the United States if the person is physically located outside the geographic boundaries of a state or commonwealth of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands or any territory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
