"Credential" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 240.1823 and includes, without limitation, a card or other document issued by a governmental entity as a means of identifying the principal that contains the photograph and signature of the principal and constitutes satisfactory evidence of the identity of a principal for the purposes of NRS 240.1655.
