Section 239.926 - "Schedule" defined

"Schedule" means, as applicable:
1. A schedule for the retention of records approved by the State Library, Archives and Public Records Administrator pursuant to NAC 239.155; or
2. A schedule for the retention and disposition of official state records developed by a state agency and approved by the Committee pursuant to NRS NRS 239.080.
