SAGEBRUSH ECOSYSTEM COUNCIL: MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACT TO GREATER SAGE-GROUSE AND HABITAT
Section 232.450 - "Verifier" defined

"Verifier" means a person trained and certified by the Sagebrush Ecosystem Technical Team to use the habitat quantification tool for the purpose of calculating:
1. The debits related to an anthropogenic disturbance; and
2. The number of credits necessary to offset such debits.
