1. The Division may conduct an on-site inspection of a program at any time to determine whether the organization that operates the program is in compliance with the provisions of NAC 228.010 to 228.225, inclusive, and sections 2 to 13, inclusive, of this regulation.
2. Upon the completion of an inspection, the Division will:
(a) Compile a report of the
inspection, which must include a description of each violation discovered
during the inspection or a statement that no violations were discovered during
the inspection; and
(b) Make the
report available to the program that is the subject of the
report.
