Section 213.110 - Commutation of sentence of life without possibility of parole

The Board will not consider an application for the commutation of a sentence of life without the possibility of parole to life with the possibility of parole unless:
1. The applicant committed the crime before July 1, 1995; and
2. Nineteen calendar years have been served by the applicant.
