Section 211.080 - "Unencumbered space" defined

"Unencumbered space" means the space in a room that is not encumbered by furnishings or fixtures. The amount of such space in a room is determined by subtracting the square footage of any furnishings or fixtures, as placed in their ordinary operational position, from the total square footage of the room.
