An attorney who receives a salary for providing indigent defense services is entitled to receive a reasonable salary, benefits and resources that are in parity, subject to negotiated collective bargaining agreements if applicable, with the corresponding prosecutor's office that appears adverse to the office of public defender in criminal proceedings.
