1. An attorney who seeks to represent a juvenile who is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision must:

An attorney who seeks to represent a child in a certification proceeding pursuant to NRS 62B.390, additionally must have litigated at least two criminal jury trials or be assisted by other counsel with requisite experience. To obtain the assistance of other counsel with requisite experience, the attorney may submit a request pursuant to a plan for the selection and assignment of an additional attorney in accordance with subsection 4 of section 22 of LCB File No. R042-20, as amended by section 2.
3. As used in this section, "department of juvenile justice services" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 201.555.
