CORRECTION OF RECORDS
Section 179A.100 - Dissemination of notice of correction

If an agency finds that a person's record of criminal history is incorrect, the agency shall complete the form prescribed by the Director for disseminating a notice of corrections. In completing the form, the agency shall:
1. Include a full description of the person;
2. Include the original record of the person;
3. Explain the necessary corrections; and
4. Sign the form.
