Section 119A.095 - Sales agent: Invalidation of license

The Administrator, upon discovery of any error in the issuance of a license which is related to the qualification or fitness of the licensee, will invalidate the license. The Administrator will promptly notify the licensee, in writing, of the invalidation, and the licensee shall surrender the license to the Division within 20 days after the notice is sent. A licensee whose license is invalidated under this section and surrendered within the time specified is entitled to a hearing as provided for the denial of an application in this chapter and chapter 119A of NRS.
