Section 116A.600 - Recess of hearing for conference

In any hearing, the Commission or hearing panel may recess the hearing for a conference in order to discuss matters relating to the testimony about to be given by a witness or for any other purpose that may expedite the orderly conduct and disposition of the proceedings or settlements thereof. The Commission or hearing panel will state on the record the results of such a conference.
