Section 104.305 - Storage of names of individuals

The names of individuals will be stored in files that include only the names of individuals and not the names of organizations. Separate data-entry fields will be established for the first, middle and last names of individuals. A filer shall place the name of a debtor who has only a single name in the last-name field. The filing officer assumes no responsibility for the accurate designation of the components of a name, but will accurately enter the data in accordance with the designation provided by the filer.
