Section 104.215 - Filing document found satisfactory after originally refused for filing

If a secured party or a remitter demonstrates to the satisfaction of the filing officer that a UCC document which was refused for filing should not have been so refused, the filing officer will:
1. File the UCC document as provided in NAC 104.100 to 104.375, inclusive, with a filing date and time assigned when the filing occurs; and
2. File a filing officer statement that provides the effective date and time of filing, which must be the date and time the UCC document was originally tendered for filing.
