Section 436-2-202 - Grounds for refusal

In addition to refusing a record for any reason, or multiple reasons, as set forth in U.C.C § 9-516, a Filing office will refuse to accept a UCC record that does not provide an address that meets the minimum requirement, as set forth in these Filing office rules (See "Address" under Rule 100.1)
