In lieu of the attorney's opinion mentioned in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1306(1)(f), the condition of the title to the subdivision lands may be shown by a title policy issued, within 30 days of the date of the filing of the Statement of Record, by a title insurance company licensed to do business in this State.
