003.01 Railroad Minimum Injury and Property Damage Report
003.01A
Accident
Reports: All railroads operating in the State of Nebraska shall
report in writing to the Commission all accidents on their lines in Nebraska
involving personal injury from which there is a 24-hour disability or more, or
property damage in excess of $ 750.00. These reports are due within thirty (30)
days from the end of the month in which the accident occurred.
