On behalf of the Commission, the Chief Counsel shall keep appropriate financial, caseload and client records on all matters in which the Commission is involved.
001.01 Public Records
All records, except those which are legislatively or judicially recognized as being part of attorney-client privilege, shall be maintained and made available as public records.
