With the approval of a majority of the members of the Commission, the chairperson may appoint an executive committee.
001.01 Number
The executive committee shall consist of not less than three nor more than five Commission members.
001.02 Meetings
The executive committee shall meet from time to time between Commission meetings on the call of the chairperson for the purpose of providing guidance to the officers or Chief Counsel of the Commission on such matters as may concern the Commission.
