001.01 Scope of Rules
These rules shall be known and designated as "Rules of Practice and Procedure before the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of the State of Nebraska," in all proceedings relating to the conservation of oil and gas in the State of Nebraska and to the administration of the Act and all proceedings relating to the geologic storage of carbon dioxide and to the administration of the GS Act.
