Section 458-3-001

The filing fee for an application for approval of the construction, enlargement, reconstruction, alteration, abandonment, breach, or removal of a dam shall be determined by measuring the height of the dam from the natural bed of the stream or watercourse at the downstream toe of the barrier, or from the lowest elevation of the outside limit of the barrier, if it is not across a stream channel or watercourse, to the maximum storage elevation.

001.01 The fee shall be one-hundred and fifty dollars ($ 150.00 ) for dams less than twenty-five feet in height.

001.02 The fee shall be two-hundred and fifty dollars ($ 250.00 ) for dams twenty-five feet in height to not more than fifty feet in height.

001.03 The fee shall be three-hundred and fifty dollars ($ 350.00 ) for dams in excess of fifty feet in height.
