A well that provides ground water required for human needs as it relates to health, fire control, and sanitation or for domestic livestock as related to normal farm and ranch operations, or for irrigation of lands not exceeding a total of two acres in area, and the water use is of a domestic and non-commercial nature. The domestic water well must be constructed to potable well drinking water standards according to applicable statutes and rules for water well construction.
