Section 454-5-002 - PETITION CONSIDERATION AND DISPOSITION

002.01. Within sixty (60) days after submission of a petition, the Department shall:
002.01(A). Deny the petition in writing, stating its
reasons therefor; or
002.01(B). Initiate rulemaking proceedings
in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
