Chapter 2 - APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
Section 256-2-019 - Omissions in Application

If an application submitted to the Director is not complete or if additional information is required, the Director will so notify the applicant. If the application is not completed within 90 days after the notice, unless the Director extends this time for good cause shown, the Director will return the application to the applicant without making any findings on the application and without prejudice to the submission of a new application at any future time.
