Section 256-2-017 - Federally Assisted Projects

When assistance from the Fund is requested for participation in a project planned by an agency of the federal government, the federally prepared plan of work can be submitted by the applicant for the purpose of complying with Sections 2-013, 2-014, and 2-016 and shall be submitted at the request of the Director. The Director does, however, reserve the right to reject all or a portion of any such plan of work on the grounds that the information provided therein is insufficient or inadequate for full evaluation of the proposed project's eligibility for assistance from the Fund.
