Chapter 2 - APPLICATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS
Section 256-2-010 - Form of Formal Application and Feasibility Report
Applicants for financial assistance from the Fund shall file twenty-five copies of an application and feasibility report. Such application shall contain a specific request for each type of assistance applied for in a specified amount. The contents of such application and feasibility report shall include all items required by sections 2-011 to 2-018 unless otherwise authorized by the Director. Feasibility reports shall be prepared at the initial expense of the applicant and with the assistance of licensed engineers, financial consultants, economists, recreation planners, wildlife specialists, or other consultants if deemed necessary by the applicant or by the Director following his or her evaluation of the Project Proposal. Costs of preparation of the feasibility report incurred by the applicant may be included if consistent with section 2-003.
