Section 251-4-009 - REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL

Any person or motor carrier engaged in operating a fleet of apportionable vehicles in this state in interstate commerce is subject to registration and annual renewal to register and license such fleet by filing a statement with the Division as provided in 60-305.09 and 60-305.16, and to file supplements upon an addition to such fleet.
