Section 251-4-002 - REPLACEMENT CREDENTIALS

Any registrant desiring replacement credentials for an active vehicle shall apply to the Division for a replacement credential if lost or in need of correction. Upon receipt of the application for replacement credential/s and payment of the required fees the Division will issue the replacement credentials as requested in the application.
