Section 251-3-009 - APPEALS

009.01 Appeal of Decision.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision in a contested case is entitled to a judicial review under the Administrative Procedure Act.

009.02 Appeal Procedures.

Unless otherwise provided by statute, the procedures of Neb. Rev. Stat.84-917 govern the procedure for taking an appeal.
