Section 250-3-018 - DECISIONS AND FINAL ORDERS

018.01 Written Order Required, Contents.

Where a decision or order is rendered by the Director adverse to any party in the proceedings, the order shall be in writing or set forth in the record, and accompanied by findings of fact and conclusions of law.

018.02 Decision and Transmittal.

The Director's order shall be delivered to the party requesting the hearing by certified mail at the last known address of the party in the records of the Department. A copy will be sent to his or her attorney of record.
