007.01 Records Information. The Mechanism shall maintain records on each dispute referred to it which shall include:
007.01A Name and address of the
consumer;
007.01B Name and address
of the contact person of the manufacturer;
007.01C Brand name, and description of the
vehicle involved and the identification number; and
007.01D Copies of all documents submitted by
either party and copies of disposition taken by the Mechanism.
